Impeccable 1930/40s Digoin & Sarreguemines Oyster Plate

Lovely vintage French oyster plate by Digoin & Sarreguemines, one of France’s most celebrated 19th century ceramic makers. The plate is 9 1/4” in diameter, hand-molded with six oyster wells encircling a central sauce well in shell relief and glazed in cream, rose and teal tones. It is marked on the reverse Digoin & Sarreguemines l France with the numerals 42. This oyster plate is in impeccable condition with almost minimal wear. No cracks or repairs! It is the perfect addition to your plate wall, collection or to use.
